Accounts Manager

Overview:

LHH is working with a reputable Bristol based firm to find an experienced Accounts Manager to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to develop, take responsibility for their own portfolio, and make a meaningful impact on the businesses they support.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client portfolio.
  • Support and train junior members of staff.
  • Review year-end accounts, tax/VAT returns, and management accounts.
  • Work closely with directors to grow the client base.
  • Assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Gain full exposure to working alongside the directors as you settle into the role.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Full clean drivers licence.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
