About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and experienced Finance Supervisor to join their team in Filton, Bristol. This hybrid role offers a blend of office and remote work, providing flexibility while overseeing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, and managing a finance administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Reconcile financial statements and manage discrepancies
  • Supervise and support the finance administrator
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases

Requirements:

  • Previous finance experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
