Job Purpose
- Lead audits from planning to completion for a wide range of clients.
- Plan and deliver various corporate engagements.
- Execute assurance assignments for statutory and group reporting.
- Mentor junior staff, supporting their learning and development.
- Monitor client expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Work closely with senior team members to support the audit function’s strategic direction, gaining business development skills.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

The Successful Applicant
- ACA or ACCA qualified with experience managing a varied portfolio within practice.
- Demonstrable knowledge across audit work, including leading onsite assignments.
- Previous supervisory experience, with strong people management skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
- A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.
- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
- Networking and relationship building skills.
- First class organisational, multi-tasking and delegation skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to confidently seek new business opportunities.
