This role is ideal for a qualified professional with a strong background in audit who thrives in a client-facing position. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Managing and mentoring junior members of the audit team
  • Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to the firm's growth
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit, financial reporting, and relevant accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
