This role is ideal for a qualified professional with a strong background in audit who thrives in a client-facing position. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Managing and mentoring junior members of the audit team
- Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance to ensure compliance with regulations
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice
- Identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to the firm's growth
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit, financial reporting, and relevant accounting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
