Job Purpose
  • Manage due dilligence projects, delivering a timely and efficient service at every step
  • Interpret financial data and information, including cash flow and balance sheets
  • Oversee junior staff by reviewing work, providing guidance and aiding their development
  • Identify potential risk areas and key issues which may affect transaction value
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a comprehensive service
  • Help accelerate business growth through retaining client relationships, scoping leads and representing the firm
  • Support Partners by undertaking ad-hoc projects as required
