Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager

Are you an experienced Corporate Tax specialist looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a well-established and growing firm, providing expert tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior leadership to manage the corporate tax affairs of a portfolio primarily made up of owner-managed businesses. The client base spans a variety of sectors, including property, innovation, farming, financial services, sports & entertainment, and not-for-profit.

Your work will involve a mix of tax compliance, planning, and advisory projects, covering areas such as:

  • Property transactions
  • Capital allowance claims
  • R&D tax credits
  • Cross-border transactions
  • Structuring acquisitions and disposals
  • Group reorganisations
  • Due diligence
  • Equity incentives

The role also includes staff management responsibilities, work planning, and mentoring, as well as opportunities to work on high-level advisory projects. Ongoing professional development is supported through both internal and external training, including attendance at industry conferences.

About You

To excel in this role, you should be:

  • Technically strong, with up-to-date knowledge of corporate tax legislation and recent experience managing a portfolio of OMB clients.
  • A problem solver, capable of delivering tailored tax solutions.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities for clients.
  • A strong communicator, confident in advising clients and representing the firm in meetings and presentations.
  • A team player, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
