Ambition are excited to be supporting one of our top global law firm clients, with their recruitment for an experienced Credit Control Manager. This is a permanent role, based in their Bristol offices, with hybrid working and a competitive salary.

The Credit Control Manager will lead a team of 10 credit controllers and be the key escalation point for the Asia team. Further details below;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance and implement new credit control systems
  • Build strong relationships with clients and third parties
  • Monitor and enhance team performance
  • Train credit controllers and colleagues on best practices
  • Generate and share aged accounts receivable reports
  • Manage recovery actions and escalations
