Description
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business profitability.
- Participate in strategic planning and forecasting activities.
- Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Develop budgeting processes and ensure budget adherence.
- Identify areas of financial performance improvement.
- Provide financial training to the management team as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent strategic planning and financial forecasting abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 GBP.
