Finance Business Partner - Bristol - £55,000 - £65,000 + hybrid

This role offers £55,000 - £65,000, hybrid working and flexible hours, perfect for someone eager to develop their commercial skills.
The Role:Based in Bristol and reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Finance Business Partner will be the financial advisor to the business, providing key insights to support decision-making. You'll also play an integral role in optimising processes across the board and ensuring the business runs smoothly from end to end.
Key Duties:
- Partner with operational teams to provide data-driven insights that influence business decisions
- Enhance Standard Costing Systems, improving transparency on variances in materials, stock, overheads, labour, etc.
- Lead initiatives to drive operational improvements
- Contribute to developing new business cases and offering strategic insights for investment appraisal
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels, from business leaders to executives
- Perform KPI analysis and offer recommendations on risks and opportunities
- Help create management reports to guide business decisions
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team
- Respond to financial inquiries and interpret data for key decision-making
- Oversee and develop costing reports and analysis
- Ensure the timely and accurate production of management accounts
- Collaborate with global teams to achieve departmental goals
Your Profile:
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
- Experience in an analytical or business partnering role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Experience of partnering/communicating with non-finance
