Finance Business Partner - Bristol - £55,000 - £65,000 + hybrid

Are you ready to make an impact in a fun, dynamic manufacturing business? Robert Half is partnering with a fantastic company to recruit a motivated, Finance Business Partner. This role offers £55,000 - £65,000, hybrid working and flexible hours, perfect for someone eager to develop their commercial skills.

The Role:Based in Bristol and reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Finance Business Partner will be the financial advisor to the business, providing key insights to support decision-making. You'll also play an integral role in optimising processes across the board and ensuring the business runs smoothly from end to end.

Key Duties:

  • Partner with operational teams to provide data-driven insights that influence business decisions
  • Enhance Standard Costing Systems, improving transparency on variances in materials, stock, overheads, labour, etc.
  • Lead initiatives to drive operational improvements
  • Contribute to developing new business cases and offering strategic insights for investment appraisal
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels, from business leaders to executives
  • Perform KPI analysis and offer recommendations on risks and opportunities
  • Help create management reports to guide business decisions
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team
  • Respond to financial inquiries and interpret data for key decision-making
  • Oversee and develop costing reports and analysis
  • Ensure the timely and accurate production of management accounts
  • Collaborate with global teams to achieve departmental goals

Your Profile:

  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
  • Experience in an analytical or business partnering role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Experience of partnering/communicating with non-finance
