Finance Manager - Bristol

We are delighted to partner with this fantastic, dynamic company, based in Bristol and with an expanding global business.

We are looking to recruit an energetic, experienced Finance Manager to serve as a lynchpin for an expanding finance function over the next 12-18 months.

With business going extremely well and with the firm moving into new markets, we are hoping to secure an AAT 4/ACCA part-qualified Accountant with industry experience of managing the finance function.

Experience of working with subsidiaries across markets like the USA and Asia would be ideal but not a deal breaker.

The ideal candidate willhave experience in a similar Finance Manager role and have meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales ledger maintenance
  • The day-to-day invoicing/invoice amendments/payment reconciliation
  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting
  • Support group reporting and analysis
  • Ensure that all expenditure has been correctly charged and appropriately authorised.
  • Ownership of all transactional finance and Management Accounts
  • Work closely with MD, Owners, budget holders and senior stakeholders
  • Processing all payments for suppliers and staff

Key skills:

  • Part or fullyqualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualified experience
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft office, and Google Sheets.
  • Confident using Xero
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • High levels of confidentiality.
  • Experience of working in a busy, fast paced office.
  • Experience of purchase orders, sales ledgers and invoices.
  • Excellent ability to prioritise high workloads and meet deadlines.
  • A lively vibrant personality who will grab this role and make it thier own.
