- Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Prepare basic financial statements, reports, and budgets using Xero.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Oversee payroll, liaise with accountants, and coordinate with staff.
- Handle bookkeeping activities, presenting findings to management.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Completion of VAT returns.
- Maintain the balance sheet.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
- Support staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or finance-related roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero).
