Description
- Oversee the operation of the accounting and finance department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage financial transactions and procedures, including invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure all financial regulations are adhered to.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Assist in the financial audit process and work with external auditors.
- Implement improvements to financial procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve department objectives.
