As Finance Manager you will be tasked with managing a team and managing the production of management accounts, reporting on management accounts to senior leadership. You will need to be someone with high attention to detail with the ability to effectively solve problems, also ensuring the team works efficiently and meets all objectives.

Description
- Manage the transactional team effectively, ensuring timely collation and production of management accounts.
- Reporting on the management account pack to senior finance leaders and other senior stakeholders within the business.
- Supervising and assisting with queries within the team when required, ensuring the team operate effectively.
- Ensuring that year-end reporting is accurate and completed timely, liaising with external stakeholders when required.
- Assisting with the finance team's overall strategic goals, and enhancing current processes to ensure these align with the team's objectives.
- Assisting with finance projects as and when required.
Profile
· ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified (essential)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in technical accounting and high attention to detail
· Previous line management experience
· Experience with Sage 50, Sage 200 or Xero
· Analytical mindset and the ability to provide effective solutions efficiently
Job Offer
· £48,000 - £52,000 salary dependent on experience
