A global manufacturing organisation who have been established for over 70 years are recruiting for a finance manager to join their team. Working within a team of 2 and reporting directly into the managing director, you will be apart of their close knit team within their modern office environment. Holding multiple certifications, this opportunity is not to be missed.
The finance manager will carry out duties that include :
- Oversee all company accounts including payroll
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation
- Examine financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Report to the MD with timely and accurate financial information
- Assist the MD in presenting reports to senior managers, and board members.
- Strategic input to the direction of the business, including modelling and business scenarios
- Delivery of timely and accurate management accounts, monthly performance reports, including analysis
- Manage the Financial Audit Process
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reporting; track and evaluate
- Insight and support of pricing/costing
- Close management of Cashflow Forecasting, and other Treasury duties
- Manage Month and Year End processing
The finance manager will have a need to be / hold:
- ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- ERP Systems experience
- Sage Accounts experience
- Manufacturing or suppler industry experience
- High level of competency with Excel
- Scenario Planning and Modelling
- Managing senior stakeholders expectations
- VAT Returns on a Quarterly basis
- Basic experience and understanding of running a Payroll process
