Are you a seasoned Finance Transformation Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a critical finance transformation project within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.
Due to a recent acquisition that is undergoing FCA regulation for completion, The Finance Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for integrating financial processes, ensuring a smooth migration of systems, and strengthening financial reporting structures.

This role will need to operate through an Umbrella company and all employer, employee tax and NI will be deducted from the rate.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the migration of financial systems following a recent company acquisition, including Group Finance, Reporting, General Ledgers, and transitioning transactional elements into existing Shared Service Centres (SSCs).
- Maintain a robust risk and control environment throughout the transformation.
- Strengthen the company's statutory reporting processes
Relevant Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.* Strong background in reporting & statutory reporting processes.* Experience working in a global organisation within Group Finance, with a track record of integrating or building out Shared Service Centres (SSC) in key areas such as P2P, OTC, and R2R.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
