How you'll make an impact

Reporting to the Founders, you'll be responsible for leading the finance department and provide critical insight and constructive challenge to the SLT and investors.

• Work closely with the Finance Team to provide accurate and timely finance reporting
• Support the SLT with commercial and strategic decision making
• Support, develop and assist with execution of the three year growth plan
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts
• Develop the finance function, its systems and processes
• Support the SLT to develop the group businesses

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
• Experience of working in manufacturing, FMCG and/or project accounting

• £70,000-£75,000 basic salary.
