Head of Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Finance to lead our dedicated finance team within our outsourced functions.In this role, you will:

• Drive the financial strategy and operations of our outsourced finance function, ensuring alignment with client SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled finance professionals, providing guidance, mentor-ship, and development opportunities.
• Own the production of accurate and timely financial reporting, including quarterly reporting, statutory accounts, and SII returns.
• Maintain a robust control environment, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Partner closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of financial reporting processes.
• Effectively manage processes carried out offshore, fostering strong relationships with our international team.
• Champion continuous improvement, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• A strong academic background, including a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced and complex environment.
• A deep understanding of financial reporting standards and best practices.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and a passion for making a positive impact.
