They are now seeking a Finance Planning & Reporting Team Manager to join their team and lead the charge in financial excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven finance professional who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and achieving impactful outcomes. As the Finance Planning & Reporting Team Manager, you will take ownership of the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will lead a team of talented finance professionals, driving continuous improvement and delivering insightful analysis to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. * Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. * Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders. * Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance. * Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
