- A newly created insurance broking firm - based in Bristol and with plans to grow a national coverage.
- Strategic acquisitions have created a foothold and a launch pad - there is a book of clients to manage on day one, but that is just the start; the introducer arrangements in place here will outstrip those at many established firms.
- The business is looking to grow and need the right people to kick on - leadership here have a track record of building profitable firms - the difference this time is that the driver is creating a legacy rather than scaling to sell.

- Aside from a strong base salary (probably between £45,000 - £65,000 but negotiable) you'll enjoy a bonus linked directly to your delivery.

The job
- Strategic business development working with partners and introducers to convert leads - these will be significant businesses within the South West, Wales and further afield.
- Managing a growing book of commercial clients - the nature of the acquisitions will mean these are stable clients, not under attack.
You
- An Account Executive (or potentially an Account Handler with the skills to move into Exec'ing). You'll have good cross class commercial insurance knowledge.
- You'll want an environment where you can make an impact... there's nowhere to hide in a smaller business, but that won't faze you because you'll see the career opportunities success will open up to you.
- Able to sit in front of senior people within large prospects and gain their trust and attention to create buy in and win the deal.

The role is hybrid with time spent with clients, working remotely and at the Bristol based office - commutable from Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Wiltshire, Somerset and South Wales.
