Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a talented Senior Cost Manager, who is looking to play an integral role in the Cost Management team that is experiencing rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cost advice across RIBA stages, including cost plans, feasibility estimates, and pre-tender estimates.
• Offer expertise on procurement strategy, contracts, risk management, and tender processes.
• Act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day delivery of projects, managing large-scale or multiple projects for key clients.
• Handle post-contract duties, including negotiating final accounts and managing variations.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to the highest possible standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Hold a RICS-accredited degree.
• Achieved Chartered status (MRICS).
• Experience with software like Bluebeam and CostX.
• Experience with JCT forms of contract.
