This is a pivotal position within the Private Client team, focused on providing tailored personal tax advice and ensuring seamless compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio, contribute to the development of junior team members, and work alongside senior leaders on complex advisory work.

Role Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs and OMBs, overseeing both compliance and advisory engagements
- Preparing complex self-assessment tax returns and calculating tax liabilities
- Handling correspondence with clients and HMRC, resolving queries and providing explanations on complex matters
- Supervising and developing junior team members, providing support, feedback and contributing to performance reviews
- Collaborating with Associate Directors and Directors on client strategy and staff development
- Overseeing WIP and billing for your portfolio
- Supporting cross-departmental projects and identifying new opportunities for clients
- Staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and applying knowledge to client cases
- Playing a key role in maintaining the firm’s high standards in personal tax compliance and advisory services

Candidate Requirements- CTA qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in personal tax compliance and advisory
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to explain complex issues in simple terms
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high levels of service
- Strong team leadership, organisational, and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
- £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
- Permanent, full-time role
