Core3 are delighted to partner with an inspiring charirty in Bristol, to recruit a Transactions Finance Manager. £45,000 - £48,000 - 3-6 months (fixed term contract).

How you'll make an impact

As a Transactions Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales and purchase ledger processes, ensuring efficient financial operations, and driving improvements. Leading a dedicated team, you will be instrumental in streamlining financial transactions and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales and purchase ledger processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

  • Oversee supplier payments, ensuring proper authorisation and VAT compliance.

  • Monitor cash flow forecasting and support financial reporting.

  • Lead supplier statement reconciliations, resolving discrepancies as needed.

  • Manage and enhance employee expense and credit card processes.

  • Support month-end procedures, including accruals and payroll journal reviews.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial transactions.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
