Job Description:

Recruit UK is partnering with a leading investment house to hire a Client Service Executive for their Bristol office. In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to clients, acting as their primary point of contact. You will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction. Collaborating closely with investment advisors, you will facilitate the smooth execution of client requests, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the firm.

With a commitment to long-term investment strategies and bespoke portfolio management, the firm provides clients with expert guidance, ensuring their financial goals are met through tailored solutions and consistent, high-quality service.

Duties will include:

  • First point of contact for clients and their intermediaries
  • Answer calls/emails, attend meetings as required, manage discussions and deliver a high-quality experience
  • Onboarding, transfers, payments and reporting
  • Prepare literature for client meetings
  • Administration of client data, client documentation and new business paperwork onto back-office systems/platforms
  • Understand suitability requirements and support the investment managers/financial planners with gathering relevant information
