Office based role

This role is suited to those with 1+ Years of experience in IFA Administration within an advisory firm. The role is based in the close-knit office, where they value and reward hard work, team players and flexibility.

Within the role, there is a direct route to senior administrator, and potential progression to Trainee Paraplanner in the future. The salary is up to £38,000 for a senior Administrator. Team leader experience desired.

The Company

The company are directly authorised and specialise in providing advice in pensions, investments and protection as well as providing corporate services. You will be working alongside paraplanners and financial planners in maintaining existing relationships whilst helping to develop new opportunities.

Training will be provided enabling you to develop, you will have the ability to study with financial support with to develop your career in Financial Services.

Based 5 miles out of Bristol City Centre, you will miss the city traffic and benefit from onsite parking and beautiful grounds surrounding the office.

The Role

You will be providing support the paraplanners and financial planners with all administration duties as required. This will be done by collating information required for regular client review meetings, ensuring client records and back-office records are maintained, dealing with new business applications, liaising with product providers and other suppliers and dealing with client queries and ad-hoc requests. After training is completed flexible working hours are available.
