A highly regarded Wealth Management firm based in [Location] is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in Financial Planning administration to become an integral part of a supportive and forward-thinking business.
Salary £28,000 - £35,000
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive exceptional service across all aspects of their financial planning journey.

Responsibilities:
- The IFA Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive financial advice by:
- Processing new business applications for pensions, investments, and protection products
- Preparing and managing client documentation, reports, and annual review packs
- Maintaining accurate client records through CRM systems (such as Intelligent Office)
- Liaising with clients and product providers to ensure smooth and timely processing of cases
- Supporting compliance processes to meet FCA regulations and internal standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or within Financial Services administration (essential)
- Knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
