IFA Administrator – Hybrid Working – Established Wealth Management Firm

Hybrid Working: 3 Days in Office / 2 Days from Home

A highly regarded Wealth Management firm based in [Location] is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in Financial Planning administration to become an integral part of a supportive and forward-thinking business.

Salary £28,000 - £35,000

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive exceptional service across all aspects of their financial planning journey.

Responsibilities:

  • The IFA Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive financial advice by:
  • Processing new business applications for pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Preparing and managing client documentation, reports, and annual review packs
  • Maintaining accurate client records through CRM systems (such as Intelligent Office)
  • Liaising with clients and product providers to ensure smooth and timely processing of cases
  • Supporting compliance processes to meet FCA regulations and internal standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or within Financial Services administration (essential)
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
