About the Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners by providing comprehensive research and report writing services. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive complete and accurate advice packages. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting suitability reports with guidance from Financial Planners.
  • Liaising with Financial Planners to ensure complete and accurate information.
  • Preparing suitable recommendations with precision and care.
  • Providing guidance to advisers to support positive consumer outcomes.
  • Maintaining compliance with company standards and FCA rules.
  • Managing workloads and updating workflow records for accurate management information.
  • Ensuring effective communication with colleagues and clients for a great customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a Paraplanning role within a similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of FCA COB rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
