About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional who seeks a long-term career with the firm, offering opportunities for progression to Senior Paraplanner or Financial Planner, depending on the individual’s career aspirations.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Paraplanning role
- Strong generalist experience within Financial Services
- A solid understanding of compliance requirements and the maintenance of confidential client records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cashflowmodeling tools, and other financial systems
- Strong numeracy skills with experience in data analysis and spreadsheet management
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft detailed client letters and bespoke reports
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners and take comprehensive notes
- Document meeting notes into Factfind and Investment Risk Discussion reports
- Support Financial Planners in formulating tailored advice, conducting research, and preparing documentation
- Ensure client objectives are clear, realistic, and achievable based on financial circumstances
- Respond to client inquiries by analysing technical questions and providing accurate responses
- Assist the team PA with technical matters and liaise with clients in the absence of the FP Director
Pay: £36,000.00-£47,500.00 per year
