Your new companyHays has partnered with a financial services organisation in Central Bristol.Your new roleThe organisation is looking for a number of Pension Administrators to join ASAP and continue into the new year. Pay for this role is £13.00 per hour + holiday. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (35 hours a week). The office is based in central Bristol, BS1. Main duties of the role include:

  • Processing of client instructions and any task activity accurately and to the service standards set by the company at all times, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion.
  • Building good relationships with clients and business introducers.
  • Where relevant and appropriate, informing managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits relevant to each scheme, especially actual or potential problems.
  • Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
  • Proactively identifies risk within the department and escalates concerns to Team Leader.
