Our client is a leading name within the Private Client Wealth Management space in the UK. They have grown both organically and via acquisitions in the 10 years that we have worked with them, recruiting staff at all levels within the business. They have just approached us to help find them a Financial Adviser that can take over a client book of circa £30m of AUM from a recent acquisition.

This role is very much a servicing role, where you will be providing holistic Financial Advice to these clients and their families. They are looking for someone that prides themselves on the quality of service they provide and the depth of relationship that they can build with clients. The focus for the first year in this role is to introduce yourself to all the clients and start to build an in depth understanding of their aspirations and long-term financial plans.

You will ideally have 3 plus years of experience of providing Financial Advice around Investments, Pensions and Protection and are now looking to build on this knowledge. They will provide a structured and tailored program to cover any gaps in technical skills and knowledge, along with providing study support if you wish to gain your Chartered status, although there is no requirement to do so.

If you are looking for a Financial Adviser role that is more focused on the quality of the service that is provided and less on sales and KPI targets, then this would be an excellent move for you.
