Reed Financial Services are pleased to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Support / IFA Administrator to join a National IFA Bristol that’s been established over 20 years and very well regarded and won multiple awards.

They are looking for experienced individuals who are motivated and wanting to further their careers within the financial services industry by joining their team as a Client Support Administrator.

Role Purpose

To provide support as required to financial advisers or consultants to enable the provision of financial or product advice to clients, as set out within the FCA’s rules and company procedures.

You should be a strong organiser with the ability to prioritise and have a positive ‘can do, will do’ attitude. Along with a keen eye for detail and good grammar, you will need to be IT savvy.

You should be a great communicator and enjoy working either within a team and individually - managing your own workflow and tasks independently and efficiently. You will be required to keep up to date with technical, product and provider changes.

What we are looking for;• Experience in a Financial Administration role in a similar environment supporting IFA’s

• Previous regulatory or financial industry experience• Experience of working with Intelligent Office would be advantageous• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel and Databases• Excellent standard of written and verbal communication• Good decision-making skills• Analytical mind and excellent attention to detail• Excellent time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines
