CDL are looking for Forklift Drivers (counterbalance) for our client based on the outskirts of Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, established company in their facility in Yate. This is an on-going position with a shift pattern of 3 on 3 off, switching between 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- loading and unloading pallets safely and securely
- completing warehouse housekeeping tasks where necessary
- transferring pallets to a consolidation area to for loading a despatch
- implementing company Health and Safety Policy, ensuring safe working conditions
- providing a quality service at the highest possible standards
Candidates must hold a valid counterbalance certificate with experience.
Our client is looking for candidates that are confident with loading, unloading, manoeuvring pallets and can work to time scales when needed. Candidates must be able to work using their own initiative
