Hours: 6pm 6am
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Titan Recruitment Solutions is a dynamic and fast-growing logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Clerk to join our team based in Avonmouth (BS11).
Job Description:
As a Transport Clerk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nightly operations of our transport department. Your responsibilities will include helping manage a team of drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and optimizing route efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Help assist and support a team of drivers during night shifts.
Coordinate and plan daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Monitor driver performance and provide training and guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with all transport regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on transport activities.
Ensure all colleagues comply with H&S policies
Daily download of driver digi card to be conducted
Ensure fleet is made available for service and MOT as required and kept in a clean and tidy condition
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the transport/logistics sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of transport regulations and health and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern.
