Full time KS1 and KS2 classroom teacher required in an outstanding Primary school in Portishead, North Somerset. Providing an environment where every individual is valued for who they are and what they contribute tothe school. Values support the personal, social and spiritual development ofevery pupil.

About the Role:

  • Teaching Primary aged children class in a vibrant and diverse primary school setting
  • Working in line with the schools visions and values, collaboratin with colleauges to provide a supportiuve and engaging environment for children
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive school community
  • Ability to adapt to individual students and their requirements
