Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Location: Bristol.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
Working Hours: 38.75 Per Week with overtime available.
About The Company:
With pedigree dating back four decades, they have over 100 years of combined experience in designing, manufacturing and fabricating systems.
They are now looking to recruit a 7.5 Tonne driver with the view to put the successful candidate through their class 2 test.
About The Role:
The role will involve loading and unloading goods of a fragile and bespoke nature, cleaning of vehicles and ad hoc warehouse work when vehicles are in for service or deliveries are not required. You will be primarily driving a 7.5-tonne curtain sided lorry, but the company do have other vehicles that you will be required to drive from time to time.
You will be required to work nights out and the lorries are all well equipped with beds, heating, air conditioning and fridges for the comfort of the driver. A night out allowance is provided for each night away.
The successful applicant will have exceptional time keeping skills, a clean driving licence and work well as part of a team. Being flexible is a key asset for this role.
There will be regular interaction with the same customers so a friendly and approachable nature is a must.
