The Role:

On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administrator to work in their offices which are based in Bristol (BS35), due to location your own transport will be essential. Your role will be to focus on the accurate movement of freight at every stage of the logistics of the goods.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
  • Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, meeting customer service standards
  • Ensure delivery of freight and clearance
  • Ensure all customer details are in place and updated
  • Manage freight receipt
  • Meet KPI standards
  • Meet compliance at all times in line with government and company regulations
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Track and monitor shipments
  • Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing

The Person:

For this role it’s essential that you have either an administration or customer service / customer coordination experience. Ideally you will have gained experience in a busy and fast paced company and thrive on completing tasks, both on time and accurately. As well as superb administration skills you will have excellent attention to detail, be a team player and fantastic customer care skills.

The Salary:

£24-28,000 depending on experience

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
