- Work in collaboration with Financial Planners, Paraplanners to maintain and manage client records
- Provide a reliable and attentive customer service and maintain client relationships
- Promote the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner
- Carry out a wide variety of administrative duties from record checking, data gathering, issuing letters, and preparing meeting rooms
Your skills and experience:
- Prior administration experience (ideally within a Financial Services environment but not essential)
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Confident IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office packages
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of team
- A critical thinker and problem solver
- Due to their beautiful semi-rural location, it will be helpful if you are a car driver
