Do you have prior administration experience? Are you looking to develop your career within financial services?Our client, a specialist in investment management and financial planning, is looking for an administrator to join their Bristol office. You will:

  • Work in collaboration with Financial Planners, Paraplanners to maintain and manage client records
  • Provide a reliable and attentive customer service and maintain client relationships
  • Promote the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner
  • Carry out a wide variety of administrative duties from record checking, data gathering, issuing letters, and preparing meeting rooms

Your skills and experience:

  • Prior administration experience (ideally within a Financial Services environment but not essential)
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Confident IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office packages
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of team
  • A critical thinker and problem solver
  • Due to their beautiful semi-rural location, it will be helpful if you are a car driver
