Tate are working with a local authority in their search for an Administrator to join their Adult Social Care and SEN Services on a temporary basis.
This team manage referrals coming in with regards to Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults and your key responsibilities would include:
- Recording information on a database
- Sending out letters to name just a few tasks.
- Provide support to the SEN (Special Educational Needs) Team
- Managing a shared email inbox
- Processing new requests for EHCP's (Education, Health & Care Plans)
- Logging annual reviews and contributions
This is varied, busy and time critical position, so previous experience working with confidential / sensitive documents is essential. You will need to have a working knowledge of using Microsoft tools, including shared calendar, and be willing to learn new systems and processes quickly.
