Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator to join our client, the UK's leading supplier of catering equipment.
This position is in Avonmouth and is a fixed-term contract for 4 months only, the salary equivalent is £24,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
- Making outbound calls to existing clients and checking their details are correct on the internal system
- Identifying and addressing outdated financial information for key accounts and credit customers
- Merging duplicate accounts where appropriate
- Generating reports and maintaining data
- Completing additional administrative tasks
Key Skills and Experience of an Administrator:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Previous experience in data entry and management is preferred
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets is required
