Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading environmental consultancy company, with the appointment of an Administrator to join their growing team.

With a focus on energy procurement, carbon reduction and compliance, this company is looking for a highly organised and detail orientated individual, to work closely with consultants and clients to ensure compliance with energy performance regulations and oversee the management of energy-related documentation. As the role progresses, you will support with the operational delivery and management of projects.

You Will Be:

  • Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and energy-related information.
  • Process energy bills and track energy consumption data for clients.
  • Utilise operational rating software to input energy data and generate Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
  • Maintain accurate records of energy bills, DECs, and related compliance documents.
  • Ensure all relevant energy data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with current regulations and standards.
  • Provide support for additional compliance and energy-related tasks as required.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to energy assessments and reporting.
  • Stay informed on changes in energy regulations and compliance requirements.

You will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and data driven.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ideally a degree, with passion towards the energy sector.
