Full Job description:

We require an additional person to join our small but busy Administration team based at our office close to Avonmouth Village, and although some working from home is supported, you will be expected to attend the office for at least three days per week.  This is a full-time 37 hours per week position however we may be able to offer reduced/flexible hours for the right candidate (minimum 30 hours required).  

You will be required to provide general administrative support including: •    liaising with customers to arrange scheduled maintenance visits for our team of Engineers •    opening and maintaining accurate job records•    data entry into new job management system for initial set-up•    uploading and distributing daily call-out and servicing record sheets •    data entry/spreadsheet maintenance•    electronic filing of emails and documents•    monitoring shared mailboxes and actioning accordingly•    generating monthly call-out and servicing reports•    Invoicing (at a later date)The successful candidate will be:

•    experienced in working in an administrative environment•    proficient in MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel, including the use of shared mailboxes and have good keyboard skills. Knowledge of Sage would be desirable but not essential•    a confident communicator with a professional approach, good customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner•    able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload when necessary, working independently as well as part of the team•    expected to demonstrate good accuracy and attention to detail•    an excellent team player who is willing to support colleagues and work flexibly when required•    Impeccable follow-up skills and forward planning is essential
