Want to work for one of the fastest growing construction consultancies in the UK?An award-winning business are seeking an engaging Bid Coordinator to join their dynamic team, based in either their Exeter or Bristol office.Forming an integral part of their business support team, you will work closely alongside the senior managers to identify bid opportunities and manage the process all the way through to tender submission. You will need to be a highly organised and proactive individual as this role will involve setting up folders, managing diaries and creating timelines, tracking and monitoring portals, and managing important documentation. Knowledge of the construction industry and the related procurement strategies would be useful but is not essential. Experience of analysing feedback to obtain successful results would also be beneficial. You’ll be supported by an inhouse marketing team on the graphics, but any previous use of InDesign or Canva would be welcomed. The company’s focus is on the public sector, with works including education and healthcare projects; they have a good success record but are keen to increase their hit rate with the right person on board.This company pride themselves on their vibrant and collaborative working culture, therefore whilst there is some flexibility around hybrid working, they would prefer for this is to be an office-based role.
