Bid Manager / Proposal Manager
Due to strong business performance and exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid Manager / Proposal Manager to join a leading nuclear engineering company based in the South West.
This hybrid role focuses on bid, tendering, and estimating activities for large, complex projects—some valued at up to £150 million. If you thrive in high-stakes environments and enjoy leading the charge on major proposals, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Producing winning bids and quotes for major projects and work packages.
- Coordinating proposals and projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all technical and non-technical requirements are addressed and deliverable.
- Managing the end-to-end tender process, including pricing, risk management, and proposal development.

- A strong background in bid management, estimating, pricing, and tendering.
- Ideally, a degree or relevant professional qualifications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, motivated mindset and the drive to succeed.
