  • Vacancy - Business Development/Telesales Executive
  • ESS Employment are seeking an experienced candidate with Customer Service experience and a good telephone manner to generate leads for an established and vibrant family business.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the opportunities within the market whilst working within a modern and vibrant office environment.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects
  • Identify and qualify leads for business development opportunities
  • Provide information about products or services to potential customers
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and/or Sage 50 is a plus
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
