Brook Street is working with a well established client that is seeking to hire a Parts Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties:
- To manage telephone/email enquiries for the dealership.
- To qualify service needs and diagnostics.
- To complete job cards including descriptions of faults etc.
- To advise on product range.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
Industry experience
Strong Customer service skills
Full Driving License
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
