The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Carpenter Multi to join their Property Team in the Bristol locality. As part of the role, you'll spend time on the road, and our client will provide you with a company van and fuel card to cover your business travel.

What You'll Do:
As a Carpenter Multi, you will carry out carpentry repairs as part of the Responsive Repairs Team, as well as other maintenance tasks based on demand. Key duties include:
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Installing and repairing windows, doors, and frames (internal and external)
- UPVC servicing and installation
- Locksmithing (lock snapping, drilling, picking)
- Fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels
- Kitchen fitting and minor joinery
- Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance (based on skillset)
What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry, or a minimum of 5 years proven experience in carpentry
- Experience in the residential/housing sector is ideal
- Strong commitment to health and safety with knowledge of best practices
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Full, current driving licence with at least 1 year's experience and the ability to drive a company van
- Hours & Overtime:
- This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to boost your earnings through call-out and overtime at competitive rates.
