Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client who are based in central Bristol, we are seeking Senior Case Handler and you will be responsible for your own case load and deals with sales of properties within this busy and fast paced team.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with your own cases with a focus on the more complex or non-standard cases
  • You’ll be in touch with your Team Manger regularly to ensure updates around any case related issues or questions.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained case handling experience in a regulated environment.

  • Ideally experience previous in conveyancing or some experience with checking both freehold and leasehold titles and reporting issue to clients, drafting documents

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based, some hybrid after 6 months)

The Salary:

£25.400
