Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chiller Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chiller systems, with a proven track record of fault finding, installation, and servicing. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial chiller systems, with additional experience in commissioning being highly advantageous. The role will require you to work independently and as part of a team, traveling to various client sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and servicing of water/commercial chiller systems.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of chiller systems and associated equipment.
- Commissioning of new chiller systems (experience advantageous).
- Regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Provide high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Use a tablet for reporting, scheduling, and updating maintenance logs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Be willing to travel to various client locations as required.
- Collaborate with the team and share knowledge to improve processes and services.
Required Skills & Experience:
- NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience working with chiller systems, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Extensive experience working with water/commercial chiller systems.
- Commissioning experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Clean driving license is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- DBS check required for all engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in fault finding.
- Proficient in using tablets and other digital devices for daily reporting.
- Great attitude, willingness to learn, and develop professionally.

- Experience working on a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
