We are seeking a Clerk of Works to oversee new build projects and ensure quality compliance on site.
The role involves supervising contractors, maintaining a site diary, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar position, such as Clerk of Works, Site Manager, or Building Surveyor.
Construction-related qualifications are preferred for this role.

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Clerk of Works to work on new build projects.

Duties will include;

-Quality checking of works undertaken by the contractors

-Supervision of contractors on site, including contract admin

-Keeping a site diary

-Ensuring H&S guidelines are adhered to on site.

-Undertake defects inspections post handover

-Snagging

Candidates should have experience in a similar role such as Clerk of Works, Site Manager or Building Surveyor. Should have some construction-related qualifications.
