My client, a well-established law firm with several offices across the South West, is currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with between 0 to 4 years' PQE to join their highly regarded team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to get involved with a range of clinical negligence cases, from straightforward claims to more complex, high-value matters, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload, advising clients who have suffered due to medical negligence. You’ll work closely with medical experts and other professionals to gather evidence and assess the merits of claims. Your work will include negotiating settlements and, where necessary, representing clients in hearings or court proceedings. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior colleagues on more complex cases, further developing your expertise in clinical negligence law.The ideal candidate must have previous experience in Clinical Negligence law, either handling or assisting on a caseload.This firm offers a competitive salary, flexible/hybrid working, and excellent career development opportunities, making it an ideal place for someone looking to progress in their clinical negligence career.
